I use a HIPPA compliant system, IntakeQ, for your contact info, intake, informed consent, session notes, scheduling, and credit card payments.
Intake Paperwork & Informed Consent will be emailed when I schedule you into the IntakeQ system.
Text reminders will be sent 2 days prior, and the morning of you session.

Reschedule / Cancellation:
Please provide more than 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice, and you will be charged for the appointment time that has been set aside for you.

Gift Cards

Order an online gift card for any amount over $10 for your loved one to apply towards their Somatic Sessions.
It will email instantly, or you can schedule when you want it sent.

NeuroGraphica House Calls

The investment is $395 for up to 8 people.

Each additional friend can join the gathering for just $44.

Insurance. Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA). Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Currently, I have not found an insurance company that covers Somatic Sessions.

I have clients who have submitted receipts to their HSA or FSA and received reimbursement.

I think it's worth a try if you have a Healthcare Savings Account or a Flexible Spending Account.

Some insurance plans have Health & Wellness benefits, or even ways to reduce your overall costs of insurance if you log wellness activities into your account (like going to the gym, yoga, etc). If you have this, please log your Somatic Sessions with them.

I am happy to provide you with receipts you can submit to your plan. 

I hope in the future, insurance companies will recognize the benefits of this work, and offer coverage.

Private Sessions

1 Hour Sessions are $125. (Standard)

Somatic Sessions & Express NeuroGraphica

20 minute mini sessions are $44.

Children under the age of 14 are usually 20 minute sessions.

Parent joins us in the room.

An established adult client has experienced 3 one hour sessions.

A mini session is appropriate under specific circumstances.

We can have a conversation about when a mini would be helpful for you. 

90 minute sessions are $188   

Breathwork or Deep Dive NeuroGraphica

Usually my long distance clients who are looking for in person rather than zoom book a longer session. On occasion local clients are in need of more than an hour. This is an individual by individual basis.

A full Transformational Breathwork session is 90 minutes
